I stayed at the property for a month, Feb 2020. Excellent property. Also excellent SUV rental may be available from the owner. Very responsive owner and property manager. Friends and family joined me for a week here and there. Everyone loved the place. No complaints at all. I've rented many places around St Thomas and St John over the years. This is the best I've stayed in. I will likely rent this place again.​

Stunning views from this lovely home

Rented the top floor with my family of four. We all loved it. The bedrooms were comfortable as were the living room and kitchen. The star of the show was the deck and the views. We spent alot of time there at breakfast or sipping on a rum punch. Did yoga every morning to the view of the beautiful bay. I hope to come back next year.

Beautiful views

We stayed 5 nights and it is a lovely place to stay. The views are unbelievable! Celia was fantastic! Communication before and during our stay was brilliant! The only negative I can say is that we didn't realize that there was a rental below us. Loud children and music around the pool didn't make for a quiet evening on the deck.

We loved this house!

Great views, every amenity provided for from beach chairs to blenders! Awesome vacation home for the 4 of us.(2 couples) 2 bedroom suites in opposite ends of the house provided great privacy. Very convenient location in quiet neighborhood.

We'd would also consider renting the whole house with 2 more couples.

The property was excellent. Gorgeous views, very clean, and very well appointed. Celia, the caretaker for the property, was extremely helpful. We will definitely book another visit here.

Cool and breezy
Located on a steep hillside, this house got such great breezes (it was a windy week) that we had no need to use the AC in the bedrooms. Great view, very comfortable furniture, and excellent cookware in the kitchen. Much prettier in real life than the photos capture. We were a group of four older women, so this property worked well for us (no stairs to climb) . Would also be great for two couples or a family. we did not experience any noise from construction as mentioned in the previous review - we found it to be a very quiet location.

Gorgeous view. Very comfortable house convenient to beaches and restaurants. Spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen. Appreciated having a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels to use. Only downside was loud noise from construction nearby.

Awesome stay in St. John

We were greeted at the dock by Celia and taken to the house for a tour where there were beers and snacks waiting for us. We have stayed at this house before and once again it did not disappoint. We enjoyed all of the amenities of beach chairs, coolers,and floating mats. The pool was well maintained and a great refresher at night after a long day in the sun. A new grill was delivered and began using it. I had a constant line of communication with Celia if we had questions. She was awesome. We are a family of 5 with our children being all teenagers and we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this property and will stay here in the future.

Just an Amazing Place

Gorgeous views, clean, comfortable, accessible to downtown and beaches. Great pool and well-equipped. Enjoy privacy, yet togetherness if another family or friends take the upstairs unit. Both units have great layouts and view. Thank you.

Great location - Quaint and comfy private location

  •  Celica was great by meeting us at the ferry, waiting for us to get the car and then leading us to the property where we had rented the lower level. Great views, really enjoyed the pool, nice to have AC's in the bedrooms, WiFi and additonal amenities. Overall a wonderful experience. Would stay here again for sure.

  • Beautiful spot with a great view! Great set-up for two couples as rooms have their own baths, their own sliders to the deck, and are on either side of the public space, giving you added privacy. The kitchen had enough pans and serving wear for making meals, nice to have the gas grill too! Everything was clean and neat. Bedrooms were cute and bathrooms were very nice. Great location near town. Would definitely stay again!
