Casa Brisa Colina can be rented for $850  per night, with a minimum of a three night stay for the whole villa. (A 9th person is an additional $40/night) 
The upper level can be rented for $425/night.  The lower level can be rented for $425/night.  The upper level has a larger living space and higher views from its deck.  The lower level includes use of the pool.
