Casa Brisa Colina on St. John USVI lives up to its name as the Breezy Hill House. This premiere property has two levels of living, 4 bedrooms (plus an extra twin for a 9th guest!), 5.5 baths, two full kitchens, two living rooms, two levels of decks, pool, and unbelievable views and breezes-- you can't go wrong!
(Yes, that's really the view from the deck!)
All of the glass and screen sliding doors have been upgraded and open and close with ease! We've added new appliances in both kitchens, a water purification filtration system so you can drink the water, new remote controlled air conditioning units in each bedroom, along with upgraded kitchenware, tumblers, chef's knives and more.
Arrive off the Cruz Bay ferry from St. Thomas and drive four minutes to the area known as Bethany Estate. Knowing we're the breezy hill house, you've gotta go up, up, and up to get to the property-- don't worry it's all paved! And after a few days on St. John you'll be a master driver of steep switchbacks! The topography and mountains together make St. John so beautiful. You'll appreciate the contrast between the rolling hillside and pristine beaches of white sand and blue waters.
Perfect photo spots are around every bend!
Head into Cruz Bay for quaint and unique shops, restaurants, bars and fun! The drive to the beaches on the North Shore is about a ten minute ride. One of the perks of St. John is each beach has its own feel. Some offer amenities like bathrooms. Others are more natural. The waters are all surprisingly calm because of the coves. Sailboats are moored off in the distance. Fish, sea turtles and stingrays swim along the coastline, making snorkeling above water a possibility for those who aren't so sure about trying it for real.
Take a drive to the "other side of the island" to visit Coral Bay, the less populated area. The hills are steep and the air is more rain forest-like in Coral Bay.
